Booking with me means you agree to all policies listed below. 💕 BOOKING POLICY • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits go toward your total service price. • No deposit = no appointment. • Please make sure all booking information is correct before confirming. LATE POLICY • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, a late fee may be added. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on timing. • If you are running late, please communicate ASAP. CANCELLATION POLICY • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit. • Repeated cancellations may require full payment before future bookings. NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY • No call/no shows will not be allowed to book again unless a fee is paid first. • If you cannot make it, please communicate respectfully. GUEST POLICY • No extra guests unless approved beforehand. • Children are not allowed at appointments for safety and relaxation purposes unless approved beforehand. PAYMENT POLICY • Remaining balance must be paid at the end of your appointment. • Accepted payment methods will be discussed before appointment if needed. • No refunds on completed services. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT • Please arrive with clean lashes/no makeup. • Avoid caffeine before your appointment to help reduce eye twitching. • Contacts should be removed if your eyes are sensitive. AFTERCARE • Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours. • Do not pull, rub, or pick at your lashes. • Brush lashes daily and keep them clean. • Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your look. RESPECT POLICY • Please respect my time, workspace, and energy just as I respect yours. • Rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and services may be refused.
